Financial Gateway:
We contract with a third party financial gateway - which has secure server
technology to ensure the protection of your financial information - such as
credit card and/or banking information, all of which is guarded with the utmost
security and discretion. Advanced Real Estate Management does not have access to
the client financial information you provide to the secure gateway. Use of our
payment gateway is strictly voluntary on your part and is provided as a
convenience to clients who wish to make online payments. Use of the financial
gateway requires you to pay a convenience charge to cover the cost of processing
the transaction. Convenience fees vary by the amount of the transaction and are
calculated at the time your make your online payment. Convenience fee charges
equal the fee's charged to Advanced Real Estate Management by the financial
processors.
To use the online payment system you must have a lease or reservation agreement
from Advanced Real Estate Management - which provides the property
identification and rental amount. You will be required to enter this information
as well as your contact information to make your online payment.
Refund Policy
:
We do not offer refunds for rent payments paid electronically by credit card or
electronic check over the secure payment gateway. Should such a refund be
required, it will be handled by check payment.
